What is the SEAOIL VIP Rewards Program?

The SEAOIL VIP Rewards Program is SEAOIL Philippines' loyalty program that gives you points for every fuel and lubricant purchase at VIP-activated SEAOIL stations. Those points have a direct peso value and can be redeemed as fuel discounts at any SEAOIL station nationwide.

The math is simple: 1 point = ₱1.

‍And now that the program is fully integrated into the PriceLOCQ app, you don't need a physical VIP card to earn rewards. Your registered mobile number is all you need at the pump.

How do you become a SEAOIL VIP Member?

It's easy and free.

When you download PriceLOCQ and create an account, you automatically become a VIP Consumer member. There's no enrollment fee and no minimum spending requirement to get started.

To start earning points every time you fuel up at SEAOIL:

Open the PriceLOCQ app
Present your VIP membership in the app to the crew
Pay however you like: cash, card, GCash, or LOCQPay

That's it. Points are automatically added to your account.

How many points do you earn?

VIP Consumer (Default)

As a regular VIP Consumer, you earn 1 point for every ₱200 spent on SEAOIL fuel or lubricants. For example:

₱1,000 fill-up = 5 points = ₱5 in value
₱3,000 fill-up = 15 points = ₱15 in value

The program has a daily earning cap set by SEAOIL, which resets after each day.

VIP Rides (For TNVS and Ride-sharing Drivers)

If you're a registered TNVS driver — Grab, Move It, or similar platforms — you can upgrade to VIP Rides, which gives you 1 point for every ₱100 spent on fuel. That's double the earning rate of a regular VIP Consumer.

To upgrade, go to Account > Account Details > Verify My Account inside the PriceLOCQ app and select your relevant company or association.

How many ways can you Earn Points?

Regardless of how you pay, you can earn VIP points as long as you're at a VIP-activated SEAOIL station.

‍With LOCQPay or Liter Balance: All PriceLOCQ transactions automatically post VIP points. That means when you redeem price-locked liters or use Scan to Pay with LOCQPay, you're earning rewards on top of your price savings. Two kinds of savings in one transaction.

‍With cash or card — Just show your VIP membership or mobile number to the attendant, and you'll still earn points.

‍On SEAOIL lubricant purchases — Oil changes and lubricant purchases also count toward point earning, not just fuel.

Your VIP membership comes with a TEMU discount voucher automatically seeded in your PriceLOCQ Voucher Tray.
