What if your usual fuel stop could also put you in the running for free fuel for life, a Nintendo Switch OLED, or exclusive Race to Win merch? From September 25 to November 5, 2026, you can earn entries through when you use PriceLOCQ at participating stations.

‍The best part? There is no separate raffle ticket to buy. Once you qualify and opt in through the PriceLOCQ app, your eligible transactions can earn entries automatically.

What is the SEAOIL Race to Win promo?

Race to Win is a raffle promo running from September 25 to November 5, 2026. It is open to customers who are at least 18 years old and have a valid Philippine Driver’s license. Qualifying purchases must be made at PriceLOCQ activated stations using Card, PriceLOCQ, GCash, or PayMaya.

Whether you are filling up for the week, picking up a lubricant, or getting a Lubeserv service, your everyday SEAOIL transactions may help you earn entries, as long as they meet the promo requirements.

How to earn an entry?

There are two ways qualifying transactions can earn you an entry, depending on how you pay:

Using LOCQPay or Pay with Liters: Spend at least ₱300 on SEAOIL fuels, non fuel products, or Lubeserv services. The ₱300 requirement may come from a single transaction or accumulated transactions, net of discounts.
Using cash or another non PriceLOCQ transaction: Earn at least ₱300 worth of VIP Points from qualifying SEAOIL product purchases. This may also be from a single transaction or accumulated transactions, net of discounts.

So, if you already have a SEAOIL stop built into your routine, it is worth checking whether your purchase can count toward the promo before you pay.

Don’t forget to opt in

This is the step you do not want to miss. Entries are automatically credited from qualifying transactions, but you still need to opt in to join the promo through the PriceLOCQ app.

During registration, tap the “I want to Join” button. Customers will receive notifications through the app and email, and entries earned during the promo period will be reflected after successfully joining or opting in.

‍Quick tip: If you are planning to participate, opt in as early as possible during the promo period so your qualifying transactions can be reflected once you have successfully joined.

What “lifetime free gas” actually means

The biggest prize comes with a pretty straightforward idea: one winner will receive ₱5,000 worth of SEAOIL fuel every month for the winner’s actual lifetime, delivered through PriceLOCQ Fuel Vouchers.

The monthly fuel entitlement starts in the month the winner is drawn. The succeeding full year’s fuel supply will be given in January of each year. The winner must personally claim the fuel entitlement annually by presenting at least two valid government issued photo IDs.

If the winner cannot claim personally, a representative may be appointed, provided the required notarized Special Power of Attorney, valid IDs, and proof that the winner is still alive are submitted as specified in the promo mechanics.

Mark your calendar for the Grand Draw

The Grand Draw will take place on November 6, 2026. The determination of winners will be held at SEAOIL Philippines Inc. in The Taipan Place, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, under the supervision of a DTI Representative.

The name appearing on the winning raffle entry will be declared the winner and person can win only once. If the same name is drawn more than once on the draw date, that person will receive the prize with the higher value.

Winners will be announced within 48 hours after the draw through the official SEAOIL Facebook Page and will also be notified through registered mail, email, or text message.

If you win, here’s how to claim

Prizes can only be claimed by the person whose name appears on the raffle entry. When claiming, the winner must present a valid Driver’s license and the registered mail, email, or text message notifying them of the win.

Prizes are transferable but cannot be converted to cash. Winners have 60 days from receipt of the registered mail notification to redeem their prizes. Prizes not redeemed within that period will be forfeited upon DTI FTEB approval.
